The Saucy Cow is loud, colourful and entirely plant based, which is the sort of honesty I like. It is comfort cooking rather than health food, so order the salads and the vegetable plates alongside the burgers and you will eat very well indeed. Good for anyone dragged into Temple Bar who still wants to keep their promises to themselves.
