123V Browns serves plant-based sushi that does not pretend to be fish. The Gauthier team builds nigiri, maki, crispy rice and bento boxes from vegetables, pulses and seaweed, and the result is light, fresh and genuinely satisfying. There are salads, bowls and elegant desserts too, plus a courtyard garden that makes the space feel calmer than its Mayfair address suggests.
