A glossy Philippe Starck-designed room doing modern Cantonese and Sichuan cooking. Unusually for the genre, the vegetarian side of the menu is written with the same care as the rest - vegetable dim sum, mapo tofu, wok greens and clay-pot dishes rather than an afterthought section.
