SEVA Table opened in 2014 and has stuck to its guns: entirely plant-based, gluten free, no cane sugar, no GMO ingredients. The garden is shaded and quiet, which in Dubai counts for a great deal. The food is honest rather than showy, big salads, warm grain bowls, proper soups, and nothing arrives with a sugar hit hiding in the dressing.
