Comptoir 102 has been feeding Jumeirah properly since 2012, out of a white villa on Beach Road that doubles as a concept store. The kitchen is organic where it can be, heavy on raw vegetables, pulses, seeds and cold pressed juice, and it does not drown everything in oil to make a point. Sit in the courtyard, order the bowls, and you leave lighter than you came in.
