BOCA has done more on sourcing than most restaurants in the Gulf: local growers, responsibly caught fish, no imported bottled water and a genuine effort to cut waste. The cooking is Mediterranean, so the vegetables, pulses and olive oil do the heavy lifting. It is a business district restaurant that has not used that as an excuse to serve tired food.
